Returns

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items CANNOT be returned after the 14-day return window—no exceptions. Items will be sent back to the sender at their own expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unused, free of stains or damage, and with the original tags and packaging intact. Items sent to us in unacceptable conditions may not receive a full refund, store credit only.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions on where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All international orders are final sale.

Earth Angel Apparel is not responsible for return items lost in the mail. We suggest shipping your items back with tracking and insurance. Once the product(s) are delivered to Earth Angel Apparel, you will receive a refund.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
